I can never say enough about Dr. Herrmann and his team. Long story short, we are a military family and in good ole Army fashion my husband received orders to move from the area, around the same timeframe that my son would be done with treatment. As soon as I found out i let the office know and they were amazing with flexibility with our appointments. They coordinated a game plan with us either way, whether my son would be good or if we would need to fly down for the last of his appointments, as transferring ortho treatment can be expensive. The office was awesome with getting us in literally the morning we were going be getting on the road for our move, it was the deciding appointment on if my son would be done with treatment or not, thankfully he was! The ladies worked on getting his braces off and even went an extra 1,000 miles and pushed out his retainer so that we could get on the road. We were on the road within 4 hours from the start of his appointment. Dr. Herrmann and his team probably don’t know how much stress they relieved and how much I appreciate the way they went above and beyond for us the last few months. Aside from this, during the 15 months my son was in treatment we never had a bad experience, easy to communicate with appointments and I was always in the loop on what the next steps were.

We were referred by our dentist to Dr. Herrmann's office. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Our son was a little nervous getting braces, but everyone helped make him feel at ease and he's doing great!
